Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange due to health regulations and sanitation.  

Every Unit, bundle and lace is inspected. Lavish Queen Collection is quality and have not received any complaints. If you are unsatisfied due to hair impurities please contact for resolution via email. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
