Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING  PERIOD 

Processing period for CC (credit card) , Sezzle and Shop Pay payments can take 2-3 business days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) for funds to clear before items are shipped. Once your processing period clears, your ORDER can take 5-7 business days to receive. 

Payment Processing time for PayPal payments can take 24-48 hours before items are shipped.

Sezzle is a payment plan (BUY NOW PAY LATER ) that is available at checkout. 

Please refer to shipping options/rates at check out. *EXPEDITED SHIPPING is not available for wig units , bundles, frontals or closures. 

Once your payment clears you will receive an email confirmation regarding fulfillment.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Once an order has been shipped no changes are able to be made ‼️

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options ‼️

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.


SAME DAY PICK UP 

- Order must be placed before 6:00am  using PayPal at checkout in order to get same day pick up. Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation via email or text advising of pick up time.  
*Holidays , Saturday Evenings & Sunday orders are not available for pick up unless advise otherwise.

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY PICK UP & EXPEDITED SHIPPING 
ALL ACCESSORIES SUCH AS Bonnets, lashes, edge wraps, lash machines, lash cleanser, beard kits, hair growth oil, wig bags, and black soap , all skin care products , all styling products are  available for same day and expedited shipping. For same day pick up order MUST be placed using PayPal Express Checkout before 6:00am to receive order same day. 
For Expedited shipping , shipping period can take 1-3 business days once payment processing period clears. 

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS 
Once your payment processing period has ended  your order will be available at your scheduled appointment. SHIPPING PERIOD ABOVE STILL APPLIES.  
Tracking  numbers are not provided for
scheduled appointments. Once items are received you maybe notified via text or email to hold until your scheduled appointment. 


All hair & wigs are shipped from warehouse straight to Lavish Queen. Each Package is sanitize and inspected before processing to customer.  These items take 5-7 days to be shipped (NOT Eligible FOR SAME DAY PICK UP OR EXPRESS SHIPPING).
